Directions to Villa from Valencia
- Follow signs A7 towards Alicante
- At toll booths follow signs A7 Alicante coast road
- Take exit 62 towards Javea (Xabia)
- Follow signs towards Javea N332 for approx 6 – 8 km
- Go past Shell garages on left & right
- Mercadona Masymas
supermarket on left, take next right towards Pedregeur
- Follow road for 2 KM approx (under motorway)
- Turn left at brown sign “Mirador”
- Follow road up to the top
of the hill and Gata Residencial development will be front of you
- Go past security gate and take the 2nd left “Carrera Dels Tararangers”.
Your Villa is number 65 on the right hand side

Directions to Javea (Arenal) from the Villa
These directions are the quickest way to the Arenal area (beach). Please note that you can just follow signs to Javea which will lead to either the old town,
the port or Arenel.
- Go back down the hill to
the carvery restaurant at the bottom
- At T junction turn right
- Follow road back to N332 near Masymas supermarket
- At T junction turn right towards Javea
- Take the next right towards Javea
- Follow road for approx 8 Km
- At the roundabout with a big sail in the middle, turn right
- At next roundabout (500m approx) turn left
- Follow road for approx 3-4 km
- At next roundabout turn left signed Javea/Arenal
- Take the next right and then follow the road to the sea front
