Prices are for the rental of the property and are NOT a per person charge. The villa rental price includes, arrival & departure cleaning costs, all fresh/clean bed linen, bath, hand & tea towels (but not beach towels), all laundry costs, electricity, hot water and unlimited use of own private pool. Prices do not include flights or car hire.

Deposit: 25% of total rental price together with a security deposit of £100 to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 28 days of return provided that there are no damages or breakages at the property

Balance: Payable 12 weeks before departure. If you fail to pay the balance when due, your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellations: More than 12 weeks prior to arrival: full deposit refunded. 6-12 weeks prior: 50% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 6 weeks prior: 0% refund.  However any cancellations will result in the loss of the £100 security deposit to cover administration costs.

Please note, if you are booking within 12 weeks of your departure date, this is classed as a late booking and the total rental amount is due within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.

Payment is to be paid by either cheque in £sterling and made out to S.Lucas or by Paypal.

Once your booking is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not change. It is mandatory that you have your own personal travel insurance for all members of the travelling party which incorporates the duration of the stay. We will not accept liability for any personal claims.
